This policy explains what the Anugraham Daily mobile app and website ("Anugraham Daily", "we") collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: support@anugrahamdaily.com.
What we collect
- Mobile number — to sign you in with a one-time password (OTP).
- Profile details you choose to give — name, rasi, nakshatra, city and app language. These personalise your daily reading and restore your settings on a new phone.
- Basic account records — when your account was created and last used, and login session tokens.
- Security logs — OTP requests and the IP address they came from, to stop abuse. These are kept only as long as needed for security.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or messages. Panchangam times are calculated on your phone from the city you choose.
How OTPs are sent
Login codes are sent through MSG91 (Walkover Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) by WhatsApp or SMS. MSG91 receives your mobile number and the code only to deliver the message. On Android, WhatsApp may pass the code straight to our app so you don't have to type it.
How we use your information
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To show a personal daily reading based on your rasi and nakshatra.
- To restore your settings when you reinstall the app.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Login tokens on your phone are kept in the phone's secure storage. Only authorised staff can view account records, and every staff action is logged.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you delete it. When you delete your account, your profile, sessions and OTP records are removed.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your account at any time — see anugrahamdaily.com/delete-account.
- Correct your details in the app, or ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Use the calendar features without sharing your rasi or nakshatra.
Children
The app is a calendar suitable for all ages but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
